We consider setting up kitchens and distributing meals and bread to those in need during wars, migrations, and natural disasters as one of our primary responsibilities since the foundation of Türk Kızılay.
 

Our Soup Kitchens, operating under the management of our Branch Offices and Representatives, not only address the nutritional needs of those in need but also foster solidarity, tolerance, and community resources to tackle societal issues.

 

Who Benefits from Kızılay Soup Kitchens?
 

The nourishing hot meals prepared at Kızılay soup kitchens are provided year-round to:

• People in need, ensuring they have access to food

• Students during the school term, offering them warm lunches

• Patients, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities who are unable to reach the soup kitchens have their meals delivered to their homes in special containers

The meat used in meals is sourced year-round from Adaq, Aqiqah, and Shukr Qurbani donations.

In disaster areas and other locations, nutritious, high-energy meals are carefully prepared to provide vital support to those in need.
